FFMM Group Association
The FFMM Group Association aims to bring together the skills and creativity of communities and players in the fields of economics, culture and social cohesion, to enrich collective intelligence and build a future that is more respectful of people and the environment.
It also involves organizing dynamic platforms or events to promote innovative ideas, solutions and products that respect people and the environment, while encouraging networking and collaboration in favor of sustainability.
The vision of the “Mitcha-Mitcha” sustainability trade show is to synergize the skills and creativity of communities and players in the fields of economics, ecology and social cohesion, to enrich collective intelligence and cross-disciplinarity in favor of a future that is more respectful of people and the environment.
The mission of the “Mitcha-Mitcha” sustainability trade fair is to provide a dynamic inter-professional platform for sharing innovative ideas and solutions that are more respectful of people and the environment, while promoting networking, the valorization of innovations and cross-disciplinary collaborations in favor of sustainability. This platform encourages the progressive participation of the general public, especially young people, in the exchanges.
Mitcha-Mitcha” means “half and half” in the Fribourg and Vaud dialects. It refers to the delicious cheese fondue, a culinary emblem in Switzerland and a symbol of unity and sharing.
In this way, the “Mitcha-Mitcha” sustainability fair aims to (re)unite the diversity of players and sectors in a convivial atmosphere, to mark another step towards a more sustainable future.

How is "Mitcha-Mitcha" different
from other sustainability events?
The problem
There are numerous events focusing on sustainable development and its 17 core objectives. As far as the sustainable economy is concerned, many state bodies such as cantons, municipalities or chambers of commerce organize workshops, forums or networking evenings dedicated to professionals. Nevertheless, there remains a real divide between platforms for promoting sustainable innovations and the general public, particularly consumers and young people. What’s more, most of these fairs remain ultra-sectoral, not allowing the general public to access them easily, and to find out quickly and effectively about the sustainable actions, innovations and projects carried out by the public and private institutions that supply the products and services that influence their everyday lives.
Our answer
To create a bridge, a link between producers and consumers, between the economy and the general public, between these actors of change who rarely meet, we are now setting up the “Mitcha-Mitcha” sustainability trade show: a professional, cross-disciplinary and dynamic platform for exchange, first and foremost for collaboration between professionals, but also a place where women and men, parents and children can come and discover the sustainable advances in the various sectors that affect their daily lives. This space enables the players involved to take stock of the best sustainability options and present them to the general public in the closest possible proximity. This proximity fosters real exchange and stronger collaborations between decision-makers, influencers, producers and consumers.
How does it work?
For professionals, exhibitors and partners, coming to the “Mitcha-Mitcha” sustainability trade show means making the choice to move from words to action, by taking part in a cross-disciplinary and inclusive trade show. To sit down at the same table as consumers, opinion leaders and critics from diverse backgrounds, to consolidate a real collective intelligence capable of making a difference.
For visitors, it’s about discovering information stands that will contribute to making aspects as diverse as water consumption, food, clothing, means of transport, financing strategies and opportunities more sustainable and responsible, offering options that he or she can question, explore in greater depth, or simply discover. It’s taking part in conferences and debates with experts, letting yourself be transported by high quality artistic performances linked to sustainability, learning by doing, techniques and tips that are easy to implement in everyday life.
